If you are thinking of working with these numb-nuts ….. you may want to reconsider.
I had AAA tow my car and unfortunately they called these guys. Not only did they not deliver it to the proper location, they didn’t tell anyone (me, the shop they supposedly delivered it to, or AAA) where the keys were. So after the repair shop sent someone over to accept delivery on a Sunday night, they could not do anything with the car even once it was found. So, I called H&R (Stands for Horrible and Rude) the manager I spoke with was not only unprofessional, when I asked him his name he said “Donald Trump” and “Don’t call me again”…. then hung-up on me.
Say what? I didn’t do or say anything inflammatory other than ask “Where did you leave my car?” and “Once found, where will my mechanic find my keys”. AAA must be scratching the bottom of the barrel to find these guys!

I used a 29.95 coupon and it cost me 55.94! Nearly twice the amount!! Said my car had special oil, special filter. It's a six cylinder engine! How could it be twice the price? I Am going back to Toyota where at least I know what I'm going to pay! Plus, the first time I went with the coupon it only cost me 29.95. What gives?!
