Overall

Feed Your Fitness is top notch. I would not go to anyone else for nutritional guidance. Everyone needs to get a Vitamix blender and keep eating your veggies. When the veggies spin your body wins. Ismael is living proof that a plant based diet and a consistent exercise routine will allow a person to stay healthy year after year.

If you are looking for someone to inspire you, motivate you and really push you towards your fitness and health goals, Ismael, the owner/trainer of Feed Your Fitness, is the man to do it. Whether you are looking to just lose weight and get lean, build strength and endurance, or go all out and train for a race, he is your man. His knowledge is cutting edge and his methods, innovative. His combination of recommending a plant-based diet in conjunction with a regimen of cardio-vascular training, weight-training and circuit-training is the key to optimal health. Ismael talks the talk, but even more so, walks the walk. He is extremely fit, competitive in various types of triathlons and Ironman events, eats the diet (lifestyle) he teaches and lives all aspects every day. It's always preferred to have a trainer who looks like and lives what they teach.



I have only started on my journey to fitness and can already see results after a short time. Down 10 lbs in 3 weeks, improved strength and cardio endurance. My awareness of what goes into my body, though I was already knowledgeable in this type of eating, has improved exponentially. I hope to not only get much leaner, lose more weight and continue to build strength and endurance, but to also eventually be able to get off my blood pressure medication. This is an amazing possible benefit of exercising regularly and following a plant-based diet program.



Ismael's use of his own expansive knowledge, enhanced by state-of-the-art computer programs to figure out a client's needs is truly exciting and cutting edge. He is able to put together a program specifically for the individual in regards to the physical training and the foods one should be eating to reach their goals. Even providing shopping lists and recipes! His methods while training are motivational and instructive without being "over the top".



I am so happy with the progress I'm making with Feed Your Fitness and look forward to continuing to strive towards my goals with this fabulous service.
