NOT GOOD!!!

Had them out to do a huge amount of work for our business. Gave us an estimated start date, started work, then left us for several weeks. Delayed in getting the work done, left work unfinished until we called and demanded they come and finish. They installed a gas regulator - The fire inspector and the fire suppression person found a leak and had to fix it. This leak could have caused us to fail inspection or worse - destroy our business with a fire.

Asked for postdated checks (which is illegal) stating they were done with the work, however, we had an agreement to pay him in installments. They weren't done and left things that we ended up having others to do. We had to ask them not to come back.

Great company! They did everything they said they would do and more! I would recommend them to anyone any day! Most companies charge way more, Elite quoted the best price and did the best job!

Had them come out for sewer blockage, removed toilet to snake sewer line, told us roots were grown in, although no house in the whole 10 year old subdivision has this problem contacted HOA, however snaking resolved the issue.

$275 costs, - $25 rebate over their website coupon.

Toilet leaked afterwards, turned out to be a hairline crack, plumber examined it, but rejected any coverage of the toilet replacement and blamed us for it. Ended up buing a a new toilet ourselves and installed ourselves as plumber never contacted us for their "free" installation.
