Dyer Appliance Service Company

This company is very honest and straightforward. My appliances were a mess! They came to my house as many times as it took to get my issues straight without additonal fees. I could call the technician directly and he would return my calls promptly. Other companies I have worked for do not have such excellent customer service!

The guy came to my house and checked my dryer, it wasn't my dryer that had the problem but it was an electric problem. Nevertheless I got an $86 dollar bill for doing nothing, even with the 10 dollar coupon I printed off their website (it would have been $96). The lady on the phone said it would be $69.99 for service and then extra costs for repair and parts so I didn't expect the $86 bill at all, the extra $20 were charged for service time. Next time I'm just calling Sears, I called dyer because of the reviews but beware. Sears came over a year ago and charged me $50 for coming and checking on the dryer and that was it.

I used Dyer Appliance Service Company recently for my washer repair. The service technician was very respectful, honest, and a pleasure to have in my home. He was the most professional repairman I have ever experienced. He called me prior to arrival, was on time, and gave me a very fair price on my repair.

I have had very bad experiences with Buxton's and others in the past. I recommend Dyer Appliance to all of my friends and family.

The techinician came to my house this morning to repair my refrigerator. It was working fine when he arrived. Tonight at 6:30pm my refrigerator stopped making ice. I called Dyer back and the technician arrived at 7pm. I am very impressed by the compassion of this business. Will use again and agan!!

I always enjoy using Dyer Appliances for my in home repairs. They are a smaller, family owned company so their prices are much more reasonable than the bigger coorperations. They have great customer service and really care about their customers.

They also give senior citizen discounts!!
