        Extremely Poor Customer Service

        I have lived in Charlottesville for 50 years. My father was a well known businessman in Charlottesville and treated his customers with dignity and respect. His motto was "the customer is always right." I recently had the (unfortunate) opportunity to do business with Dodson Glass. They charged me $100 for a product that, after the fact, they told me was impossible to do. So why did they take my $ only to give me a product that does not function? When I called to report that the end product was non-functional, the wife of the owner argued with me and hung up on me. Obviously I could not ask for the owner to file a complaint....my hands were tied and they left me without recourse. All I could think about was how my Dad would be MORTIFIED at the way the customer was treated. As a business woman myself, my motto is just like my Fathers, "The customer is always right." I have entertained the thought of taking them to Small Claims Court so that, maybe, I can protect the next custome
