They should get zero stars because this company will only do more damage to your rug.... After I had a small stain on my rug "steamed", it spread from a two inch stain to a two foot stain and then the owner refused to refund the money or do anything else to fix the situation. I would have been better off using the money toward the purchase of a new rug than paying them for their so called "steam cleaning" process.

Unfortunately, this is just about the worst steam cleaning company I have ever used. They do have hidden fees that are never mentioned until they get there. I paid over $160 for them to steam an 8'x10' area rug. Not only did they ruin the rug beyond repair with the harsh chemicals but will not refund even a partial payment even after the manager admitting the service tech should not have cleaned the carpet in the first place as these chemical are not meant for the material I told him the rug was. Zero customer service and I cannot get the owner on the phone. Please I warn you to stay away and use a more reputable company!

I hired this company to clean a white fabric couch. The technician, Mitchell, conducted himself professionally and finished very quickly. My couch was in storage for a while and had developed yellowish water stains. Now, my couch looks brand new and just beautiful. I'm very happy! I am definitely keeping their business card for the future. :)

Call this company to come clean my mom's 3 bedroom home. The guy was 2 hours late, not courteous, took him 20 minutes to do the job. He was in such a hurry the job was just horrible. Took our $100 and left, I called them to let them now we were not happy, no one answered nor called us back after leaving a message. They made their $100 in 20 min that's all that mattered, I wish I was home because I would not have let my mom pay them. Very poor service, would not recommend to anyone.

These people need to show more that they care about their work, quality does not matter with them. Carpet still look bad, they were in a hurry, took my money and left, so not happy, and will not return any phone calls, almost as if they know my number

Do NOT use this company, they ruined the fabric on my pillows. The couch looked better/cleaner before they cleaned it. They left large brown stains on the pillows and will do nothing about it. Mitch at the office refused to do anything and said I was "annoying" for explaining my problem and not letting him speak and when he did speak he was very rude and unprofessional.

Extreme Steam came to clean my carpet and did a wonderful job and gave us an excellent price with the coupon I printed.

They arrived on time and my carpets were dry in less than 3 hours and they looked like new. and they made the whole house smell fresh and clean.

Very impressed by how clean they got my carpet! They arrived on time and did a great job. This was without a doubt the best carpet cleaning experience ever.
