Wonderful service! I am from out of state and he was a huge help. Went out on the same day that I called and had the AC fixed at a very reasonable price. I would definitively recommend him!

Professional and honest! I live in Orlando and received a call from my tenant in Clermont on a Sunday morning that the AC was apparently not working properly. I surfed the web and found Davis Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. I called, thinking I was not going to able to get anyone on Sunday morning and Mr. Davis picked up the phone! We made arrangements over the phone and he checked the AC the next morning. My tenant sends me a text message today to let me know that it was only the batteries in the thermostat that needed to be replaced. That is truly being honest, could of said the thermostat needed to be replaced and I would not have known if true or not. That is the best news I could get!! I am keeping Davis Air Conditioning phone number for future service. Thank you Mr. Davis!

What a great company! Kurt was on time and explained everything that could be causing my problem with the AC. He probably could have sold me a new unit as I know very little about these things. After looking into it he showed me the problem and gave me the cost. It was something quick and easy to fix. The cost was not only very reasonable but he did a couple small repairs that could cause problems later at no additional cost. Within an hour or so my house was freezing and I had to turn the temperature up a couple degree. I can't say enough good things. Steve B. Winter Garden, FL.
