If you’re managing a rental property or renting yourself, we are your go-to guys who can either save your carpet, repair it or replace it at affordable prices – even with new laminate, tile or hardwood. We also clean concrete and tile (and install vinyl, too). And if you have an emergency dry-out, we will begin drying your space immediately and give you a quote on what needs to be done.

        Poor job and service

        I chose Dave's because I thought that it was a small local business and the I would receive good service. The couch that his guys cleaned still had several spots on it after they were done with the job. I called to speak with Dave to tell him about my problem and he never even returned my call. Would definitely not use them again.
