Dana's Cabs

Wonderful service. Clean cab, 2015 brand new vehicles. I love this cab company already. I never expected a cab company with new vehicle in quad cities. Very nice Driver also.

ZERO STARS*****DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY**** THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER!!! HE CHARGED ME OVER $20 FOR A 5min RIDE THAT WAS LESS THAN 1 MILE. HE YELLED AT HIS DRIVER AND AT ME OVER THE PHONE. HE SHOULD NOT OWN A BUSNIESS! SCAMMING PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN I WILL MAKE SURE NOOOOOO HOTEL USES HIS SERVICES. HIS EXCUSE FOR CHARGING ME SO MUCH WAS "MY DRIVER DOESNT MAKE MUCH MONEY" . WELL SIR IF YOU DIDNT SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY THEN THEY WOULD TIP YOUR DRIVERS. THE DRIVER WAS SUPER FRIENDLY I FEEL BAD FOR HIS EMPLOYEES!!!

Norhing but lies. Dont believe anything the owner of this company tells you. He would rather you miss an appt. or bus or flight than he lose your fare. So he will tell tou twenty minutes everytime you call so you dont call anyone else. And the rates change. Not recomended.

I called 40 minutes ahead to get a cab in downtown Davenport at 10:30 AM. I was actually running 6 minutes late so I was initially glad they weren't there yet. At 10:50, I called to make sure I hadn't missed the cab in the 6 minutes I was late, and was told it'd be there in 10 minutes. 23 minutes later, it was 50 minutes late and I'm pretty sure I was overcharged because I calculated it would be $17 for 8 miles ($3 for the 1st mile + 2.00 per extra mile) but I was charged $25 + a 10% credit card fee because I had cash but wasn't expecting to pay that much and this was a last minute thing. My guess? Stick with Uber.

They came to my rescue. Last Saturday I can't get a ride anywhere, dana's cabs helped me catch my flight on time. No cabs companies answered the phone due to the Bix, only Dana's Cabs answered. They arrived in less than 2 minutes. Highly recommended!

I had a prepaid scheduled pick up at 4:30am. They did not show up until 5:20 and when they did they had another passenger and was not planning to go directly to the airport. Fortunately I had called another company and they showed up at the same time. I barely made my flight. Don't use this company!

I called for cab to go to airport. Other cabs company told me 2 hrs wait time, I don't think I have 2 hrs. So I search around, I found Dana's Cabs. The dispatcher told me 10 minutes but he showed up in 3 minutes. Dana's Cabs is the best cab company I ever ride with. Highly recommended.

This company is a joke. Told me 20 minutes for wait time. 1 hour later was still waiting for them. Had to call another company and was told 15 minutes and they were there in 10 minutes. The cab driver finally called me from danas and i had already arrived at my destination with the other cab company. Would not recommend.
