Only one word can be said "RUDE" i will never hire this company...

With the times and expectation of customer service in the bay area you've got to be on your game. This company was very professional and priced reasonably for a flatbed service. I needed a tow to the Audi dealer, I did'nt have the proper "i hook" ? The flatbed showed up and had the specific "i hook" on his truck. He had about 4 or 5 different ones, he said he keeps them for this reason specifically. The driver took great care of my vehicle though out the entire service.

2 companies previous never even picked the phone up, 3rd ones a charm right here in Burlingame. I just moved here, I see them all over now. They towed my jetta with a flatbed and I paid $70.00 to go to South san fransico. Every one else was 85 and up?? The driver was very nice.

This was the only company to answer the phone and show up at weee hours in the morning.

Needed and jump and they jumped ! The tow truck driver was very nice and when all was done called me back to let me know I dropped my ipod. Honesty is hard to find. Thanks Jel and dispatcher Nickkki.
