        Overall

        My real estate agent hired Margaret to help us with the staging of our home prior to putting it on the market. We officially launched yesterday. Margaret's guidance was instrumental in keeping us focused on the right things and not having us get overwhelmed with those things we need not worry about. During the MLS realtor walk through today, realtors provided unanimous feedback about how beautiful the home was and how perfectly staged it was. Thanks, Margaret!

        Our agent recommended hiring a home stager to help get a buyers perspective before listing our home. We were skeptical, but learned so much from a home staging consultation. Getting a fresh perspective on making our home buyer friendly was exactly what we needed. The listing photos turned out great because of all the tips we implemented. Because we did the needed repairs Margaret suggested, our inspection produced no surprises too. Well worth the $$!

        Provided us incredible information that helped us sell our home quicker. Affordable and experts in knowing what needs to be done to get homes sold in the current buyers market. They also provided us with some art and decor which we rented on a monthly basis. We were hesitant to seek help, but were glad we did - house hadn't been looked at, and once it was "staged" it got more showings and an offer soon after.
