Terrible! This contractor was hired by Lowes to do a warranty repair on our refrigerator, which was leaking water. The first time this contractor came out, there was no water so he didn't do anything. We woke up the next day to a large puddle in our kitchen. We called back and this time the technician came back and attempted to pull the refrigerator out, but halfway said he couldn't do it and if one of us could, that would be great and let them know what we find. huh?he left....yep left without securing the water. My wife called me and I had to leave work to get home. I pulled the refrigerator out and secured the water. The technician when he left said he is going to order some parts and would be back in a week.We waited two weeks and heard nothing. We called and were told that if we wanted him to come back out and fix the refrigerator that we would have to pull the refrigerator out ourselves. I was livid, not only did he leave the water on when he left, but had no regard for any damage it may cause and appeared to care less about the job at hand and more about getting out the door. I called the business and spoke to the owner Byron, he was rude and condescending and actually laughed out loud when I told him that I was filing a complaint. Use this contractor at your own risk. Terrible service. Needless to say, I contacted Lowes and filed a complaint with them and they assigned the repair to another contractor. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to use these guys. Hopefully, this complaint gets them to open thier eyes to thier very poor customer service. Terrible!
