Provided by DexKnowsI contacted Computer Repair Southwest due to a hardware issue that I haven't been able to resolve for at least a month. During our first conversation, Tom Svoboda mentioned the probable cause of the issue. In good faith, Tom ordered the replacement parts well in advance of receiving my computer. This allowed me to continue working, resulting in very little "down time" with my business. Another service estimated that I would be without the computer for 7-10 days, which would interfere with my business.I appreciate the quality, value added service that Computer Repair Southwest provided. They have excellent experience and tremendous knowledge.I will be recommending their services to my colleagues based on my positive experience.

Provided by DexKnowsWE RECENTLY MOVED OUR TAX AND ACCOUNTING OFFICE. TOM CAME TO THE NEW LOCATION AND CLEANED AND SET UP OUR COMPUTERS FOR US. HE IS GREAT TO DEAL WITH BECAUSE HE MAKES THE PROCESS PAINLESS, HE IS HONEST AND HAS VERY FAIR PRICES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

He was very thorough in explaining everthing that he was going to do and then reviewed again after he was done. He has performed a wide range of tasks, such as installing a home network, replacing a video card and other hardware, and setting up a new computer. This fall, when the hard drive on my computer failed, he managed â with considerable ingenuity and effort â to restore all my files on a new hard drive and reinstall my essential programs. He stays up-to-date with the latest technology and provides clear explanations of the work he done. What's more, his rates are extremely reasonable.

Provided by DexKnowsHe responds quickly to problem calls. Once he understands the problem, he will spend as much time necessary to fix the problem onsite. If the system has to go to his shop, he will return it and reinstall all the devices. When he leaves, all is running smoothly! I would recommend his services to anyone!!

Provided by DexKnowsOUTSTANDING SERVICE! Responds quickly to calls for help. He is very knowledgeable and patiently listen to the issues as described in 'non-teckie' language. He will ask questions until he understands your problem and does not talk down to you while he gets the info. If he needs to take the system to the shop, he picks up and delivers. On delivery, he installs the system and all associated devices. When he leaves, everything is running as it should!! I would recommend his service to anyone.

Each time I have had to call he was on the scene quickly and we were very satisfied with the results each time that we had left. We had quite a mess before Tom started working on our set-up so we will definitely continue to use is services!

The first time I had a problem with my computer, I was told by a local computer business that it couldn't be fixed and that I had to buy a new one. Tom fixed it. The second time I had a computer problem I went directly to Tom. He removed two very bad viruses, one of which was watching my banking keystrokes. Thank you, Tom.

Tom has replaced my hard drive, done trouble shooting on my external hard drive, and offered other key support. I have no doubt that it is the excellent service I've received through Computer Maintenance for the Rest of Us that has made it possible for me to make this laptop last longer than I'd dreamed possible! Tom responds quickly to calls and answers questions in language a non-expert can understand. It's a relief to know that if my computer goes down -- there's someone I know and trust who can fix the problem!
