Clean Sweep Chimney Depot

Horrible. I just received a return call from Peter Zarriello. I don't use this type of language often, but the best way to describe Pete is, "pure scum." I had been corresponding with Clean Sweep via email regarding a top sealing damper I wanted to have installed. Everything seemed fine until Pete called this morning noting, "we don't have the damper you are asking for, your chimney is not a refrigerator and you are going to smell soot. I am tired of calling you." I don't think I need to layout how ridiculous Pete's message was. As a result, I will avoid this company for life and would recommend you do the same.

I called a few other companies and was very happy with this one. They not only gave me a better price but they were very clean and efficient. They understood exactly what I wanted and explained very well what needed to be done. They gave me a price and I wasn't charged for anything extra. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My friends are also very happy with them. I have use them in two of my homes and will continue using them for any other work I need done.

I had a lot of work done recently on my chimney. I had called a bunch of other companies and their price beat them all. they were on time and were very professional. their work is great and they are extremely clean!! I highly recommend them and will continue to use their business.

The classic reap off.

Came in with a price offer of $98 for cleaning the chimney and then charged an additional $200 for literally 4 minutes of sealing work, something everyone can do himself with no effort or special skill. We did not even understand that this work was not included up until we saw the bill.
