California 1.75 Cleaners

Zero stars. This is the third and final time I will trust them to Dry clean our clothes. I took my wife's dress in and requested that it be dry cleaned. The dress has been returned to us ruined. The explanation given is that they washed it. We could have washed it ourselves. We payed them to dry clean and requested dry clean and they did something else. They also refused to make us whole in the matter. We are told to go to the manufacturer because it is a defective item. When my called back....TERRENCE the Manager called my wife stupid after she expressed that she could have washed it herself, but that she paid them to dry clean it. His reasoning...He quipped, "I am sure you cook and you eat out too". She said, "no I don't" and TERRENCE said then you are stupid.
