Contacted this company at 10:30 in the morning about a washing machine in need of repair. Offered to send him the model and serial number and he declined the information. He took both mine and my husbands phone number and assured me he would be there the same day in the "afternoon". He also said he would call before coming. By 4:00pm we had still not heard from him. We tried to contact him and just received voicemail. After trying to reach him until 6:30 pm we assumed he was not coming. He never called, text or made any attempt to say he could not make it or to reschedule.

Also take note his website says he takes all major credit cards...when I confirmed this on our initial phone call he said "not any more", "cash or check only".

I found his attitude on the initial phone call to be rather unprofessional and rude which should have been clue number one but I thought I would do business locally and give the little guy a shot. I will never call him again and would not recommend him ever.
