Blue Ribbon Maids

I called Blue Ribbon Maids to clean the house we were moving into. They did a good enough job - although I found myself cleaning things that in my opinion should have been cleaned by them once they left and for the next week. When they left, I was ready to pay but was told they would charge the card on file. I received an invoice 4 days later - not only was I overcharged for hours worked but I was also overcharged for the cost per hour - for a total of $138 overcharged. I called immediately and was told they would send a corrected invoice and I would see money in my account (including the $50 deposit they said they had already returned) by the end of the week. When I had yet to receive the invoice or the money I called again, speaking to someone else who told me it takes 6-8 weeks for the money to return to my account.

I finally spoke to the manager, Damon, who told me that he would send the check the next week. A month later, when I still hadn't received it, I called again, and was told that the check was going in the mail the next day. A week later, I still haven't gotten a check.

Every time I have called, there has not only been excuse after excuse as to why someone can't assist me, they are rude and very unprofessional on the phone - not providing their name or even stating "Blue Ribbon Maids".

All in all, this has been a SIX month ordeal - having had my services done in late May. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend Blue Ribbon Maids to anyone.

It's very sad to me that a family run business can be so unorganized and dishonest.

I needed a cleaning for my mother who is elderly. They took care of her and the house was cleaner than I have ever seen. Would highly recommend.

I needed my house cleaned on a Sunday, called them on Friday, had family getting into town on Monday. They said yes when everyone else I called said no. They were efficient and did a very thorough job. I was impressed with their attention to detail, the quality of service was exceptional. Thank you guys for really helping me prepare for my family visit. I would highly recommend.
