When our N'Finity wine fridge stopped working, we could not find anyone local to fix it. The company who was supposedly certified for the fridge never got around to calling us back. When we called Bellingham Appliance, Dean explained that he was not certified nor trained on that equipment, but he was willing to look at it. He diagnosed a bad mother board, which we were able to get rebuilt. Then, after a month or so waiting for the board, it came back and Dean was able to replace it for us. He never charged us until the fix was complete, even though there was a long time between when he diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. And then the bill was extremely reasonable.
