Atlas Towing & Storage

The whole process needs to be revisited by local law makers. The rights of the non consenting person getting towed should be better protected, but it is not just atlas, it is all the towing companies involved with impounding, and yes the apartment management folks are way too complacent as well. why would any apartment complex choose as its towing company, a provider who is 20 miles away? especially when that 20 mile away impound yard is in a different jurisdiction, except that if you want a hearing as to whether or not you should have been towed it will be in the jurisdiction of the impound lot...not the jurisdiction that you actually got towed from.

My car was tows frm my apt complex, for no reason so wen my apt manager called these ppl they said they would release it with no charge, yea cuz they kno they messed up n legally couldnt touch my car. So now im filing a suit being that they took my car without cause. I have cancer n its sad that i cant get around for appts or ne thing cuz these ppl. Smh.

WENT To a friend apts, went in for no more than 5 to 10 mins and by the time you know it my truck got tow, for what reason, who knows. I was parked in a reg parking space. Try to called them but the line is always busy. I guess for all the cars that they towed for no reason. they better have a good reason for towing my truck!!!!!!!
