        Very unhappy with this company! Please Beware and use a Reputable company like Sears! I had a technician come out named Alex, he checked my washer machine and said I needed a water valve replaced and that he would check to see if he had the part and call me in one hour. He never called and after 2 and 1/2 hours I called the company. The lady answering the phone said she will call him and get back to me. Well after 45 minutes, No call. So my husband called and the lady said it was going to cost me another $190.00 to fix my washer. I had already given him 59.00 for the service call. I felt the technician took advantage of me and my urgent need for repair.
