Appliance Wizard

If you are considering to work with Scott from Appliance Wizard, I would highly recommend reconsidering and working with another company. When I first called him to come fix my dryer he followed up with me to make sure someone would be at my condo and reassured me he would not leave until he diagnosed the problem or fixed the problem. Well when he arrived to my neighborhood he called me complaining about parking and that he would leave if he could not find a spot. I told him not to leave, that there are 3 parking lots adjacent to my building if he could not find street parking and I would pay that amount extra on the bill. Not to mention I asked a family member to drive to my home to be there for him in the middle of the day. He finally did what I suggested and complained about how much time he wasted trying to find parking, etc. He tried to figure out the problem to no avail for about 30 minutes. He abruptly said he had to leave, charged my family member 10$ for an 8$ parking spot. He did not fix the problem, He did not diagnose the problem, he just left. I called and left a message 3 times and got no response or call back from him. Three days later another appliance repair man came from another company, diagnosed the problem in less that ten minutes and fixed my dryer. Based on Scott's unprofessional manner, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
