Advance Tree Pros

I contacted Advance Tree Pros on 3/10/11 for an estimate. They did show up to give me an estimate and I immediately called back to tell them I would like them to do the work. They told me they would be out in a couple days... after a week passed, I called back and Brandon (owner that sucks and is very unprofessional) never returned my calls. I called again and was promised he would be out that day... this is two days later and no call and no show. Do yourself a favor and hire a reliable company, not a bunch of unprofessional liars................ I am going on every site I can access about this company to voice my situation in hopes of their business going elsewhere..

My family is very disappointed with the service we were given us after giving the company rep. a check for over $1,000.00 who was instructed to remove a very large oak tree down to the ground (flat). We were left with a very large and un-level stump. Both my wife and myself have left messages and no-one bothers to return the calls. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day we are waiting for them to come back and complete the job. We cannot recommend this company to anyone.
