the person who answered the phone was confused to say the least. i asked if they do heads and there was a a pause then stumble then ya. i ask how long would it take to go through a chevy 350 head if brought in first thing in the morning. a pause and stumble then he asked who is this instead of giving me the answer to my question. he also answered the phone ya hello to begin with. not very professional and seemed somewhat incompetant, if there machine work is as professional
