A-Johnston Appliance Repair

I was attempting to arrange service for a home that i rent out in Oak Park but was unsuccessful due to the "policies" of this company. The only form of payment accepted is a check with a drivers license present therefore they could not bill me, take a credit card or debit my checking account. Then when I asked them to contact the renter to make arrangements for the service call they refused saying that they don't place outgoing calls. great service, eh? Obviously these people don't want the business, they could not have made it anymore difficult.
