hate writing bad reviews.
VR Auto literally stole $1,500 from my sister.Sold her a lemon and when the financing company found out they pulled the loan.
They refused to give back her money and left her high and dry without a car, crying in the lobby.

This company is predatory in its lending practices and really doesn't care if you become stranded or desolate due to their faulty cars.

She brought the car back to be fixed weekly for a month.They pretend to be fixing it and then claim that the mechanic performing the job pocketed the 💰.

I am a positive person who feels bad about saying anything bad about someone or a company but this is unacceptable.

To me, this is basically theft by swindle and should be prosecuted.

Dwayne was awesome. He went over and beyond making my wife and I feel comfortable buying the Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. If you stop by I recommend him as your sales person... This guy will flip the building upside down to get you what you need and want. With one hell of a management team backing him up. No pressure sales hell I was so comfortable I forgot I was buying a car I felt like family...the best part they live up to and keep there word... I don't know of any other used car lots with a 30day or 1000 warranty and that's just the warranty the dealership offers you on top of the other warranties that come with certain cars. We will be back for future car purchases and sending any one we know there way...

Great customer service. Jesus was able to get me the help that i needed to get my car, he was very patient and resourceful, from getting me the best insurance coverage on my car and answering all of my questions. i will definitely refer anybody to him.

Bought my first used car from this place. Excellent customer service and great cars to chose from. Excellent team working to answer any questions and there to help with any car services.
