Furnish 123

Do NOT spend your money at this store. Their sales people are at best uneducated about the products they try to sell you and at worst will promise you something has exactly what you want (or an option addition to make it what you want) even if it doesn't, just to get the sale. I was sold a bed that didn't have features I explicitly asked for and when I called the salesperson back she tried to act like she NEVER said the bed was like that. After pushing and reminding her she wrote on my sales quote that it did have the feature, she admitted fault but said there was nothing she could do. I could get a cash refund (minus a $300 restocking fee) or store credit (minus my delivery fee and taxes). They were unwilling to waive the restocking fee and made no efforts to make the situation right in any way at all. Not to mention the attitude of the salesperson to try and blame ME. I refuse to pay a exorbitant restocking fee for a salesperson's lack of knowledge and misrepresentation and I certainly will not tolerate giving Furnish 123 another CENT of my hard earned money at this point either by way of paying another delivery fee associated with a store credit purchase much less coming in to buy something else. They obviously don't want my business enough to make it right when they misrepresent a product so they will not be getting it, nor will they be getting the business of any person I know. I am so offended and astonished at this lack of professionalism and borderline con artistry that I may be filing a complaint with the BBB as a result.
