Liposuction (Lipoplasty) is a surgical fat removal procedure that improves your body shape. A tube and vacuum device are used. Botox
The Kybellaâ„¢ Treatment We perform all treatments in the office. A typical session will take about 30-45 minutes to complete from start to finish. Once the target area has been determined, a series of injections will be applied. Kybellaâ„¢ is not considered a painful procedure, although patients may choose to have a topical or local anesthetic prior to treatment. More than one Kybellaâ„¢ session is usually required for optimal results. Depending on the severity of submental fat, most patients will receive between two and six Kybellaâ„¢ treatments, spaced four weeks apart. Dr. Waldman can recommend additional treatments to complement the Kybellaâ„¢ results and design a personalized treatment plan that may include dermal fillers to treat lines and wrinkles in the lower face or BotoxÂ® to smooth forehead lines.
Brow Lift
A brow lift is done to raise the eyebrows and reduce ridges and furrows on the forehead which creates a smoother, more youthful appearance. This procedure is typically done with other facial surgeries, namely those on the eyelids.
Eyelid Surgery
Upper eyelids can lose their shape over time and become droopy hiding the natural arch of your expression. One may lose the crisp upper eyelid crease associated with youth. To correct a sagging upper eyelid, incisions are made where the natural arch and crease of your eye will be. Through this incision, skin, muscle, and fat may be removed to create a more youthful, rejuvenated appearance. If you have noticeable puffy bags underneath your eyes, this issue can also be corrected through lower blepharoplasty, also known as lower eyelid surgery. The procedure involves removing excess fat from underneath the area so that the undereye has a smoother appearance. During your consultation, Dr. Waldman will examine your eyelids and ask questions about the issues you want to address so he can let you know if you are a good candidate for lower blepharoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, or a combination of the procedures in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Liposuction
The procedure requires the placement of an incision. The incision may be completely concealed within the armpit, or down the inside of the arm in an inconspicuous location for a variable length depending on how much skin and where the excess is. Through this incision, liposuction of the upper arm is performed, and extra skin is removed. When the skin tone is still adequate, liposuction alone can reduce upper arm size. Dr. Waldman examines each patient carefully to help chose the best procedure to accomplish cosmetic goals.

For breast augmentation procedures, you are able to view your image using different implant sizes and types to create your predicted size with that particular implant. Depending on the circumstances, breast reconstruction can be performed immediately after mastectomy or as a delayed procedure, anywhere from several weeks to years following mastectomy.

A neck lift or chin liposuction is performed to remove excess fat beneath the chin and tighten loose skin in the neck. The body lift procedure is also referred to as lower body lift or belt lipectomy. This procedure is usually the procedure of choice for patients who have undergone a significant amount of weight loss either from diet and exercise or after gastric bypass surgery. This procedure removes excess skin in a circumferential manner around the lower abdomen, waist and lower back. The body lift or belt lipectomy will improve the appearance of the abdomen, thighs and buttocks.
Breast Surgery
