        Visited this location to ship a 24 x 24 x16 box via UPS Ground. While I shopped, my husband took care of shipping paperwork. When I joined him at the shipping counter I was informed that our box cost a whopping $274 to ship! I told the shipping clerk that seemed way too high and wanted to cancel the shipment so I could do some research on that price! Her reply was "I already placed the shipping label on the box and don't think I can cancel the shipment...but let me ask" she proceeded to ask another employee near by who flippantly remarked "No, we can't cancel a shipment once it's been printed" ...as we were standing at the register to pay, my husband noticed the shipping clerk had entered our box measurements as 24 x 24 x 46! When he pointed out the error, SUDDENLY she was able to cancel the original shipment (without any assistance from anyone else) and enter the correct box dims...resulting in a price of $75 rather than $274 AND new paperwork. Extremely poor service and such a "who cares" attitude. Will NOT return to this Staples location.
