Seagate Christian School

Enrolled my child in this school when she was about to turn 4 years old. everything seemed ok until

the morning i brought her for her first day of school.

this school had NO open house before the first day and kept parents waiting outside while all the teachers

had a meeting. I never got to meet the teacher, see her classroom tour the whole school or anything.

upon entry everyone was cold, no warm greetings at all, But when telling someone i was paying for my child

my check was grabbed out of my hands.

My childs class was combined with other kg and 1st grade a total of 7 kids including my child.

When meeting my childs teacher i asked her if she would be able to help my child w/ her belt

since she has never worn one before, and this teachers reply:

this is not a daycare if your child wets herself, i will call you to come clean her up! (no joke.)

I asked well what if i am not home are you going to let her sit in wet clothes?

upon complaining at the office the admissions people and the principal didn't want to hear it , and told me

"it still wasn't to late to go elsewhere."

and this was all in the first day of school.

i went to the bank and stopped payment on the check and my child never went back.

upon p/u my child stated this teacher refused to help her do things and was very mean when speaking to her.

this school is small and strict and they have no activities for older kids, no dances , football, basketball games etc.

Not a very well rounded school in my opinion. and for the money i expected just a little more respect from

authority in that school. That tells me they only care about getting a check in their hands.
