I Burnt Mine BBQ

Pulled Pork was juicy and Delicious, I was in a bit of a rush & it was quick and yummy. I will going back again soon! :)

Eager to sample the burnt ends, my favorite part, led me to this new restaurant. It was baaaad! My burnt end sandwich arrived with a too thick dense cold from the cooler bun. A small portion of cubed pork, not a burn in site and I doubt never even saw a smoker or grill, sat inside of it. It was not even tender. Not a remotely burned taste even. The green beans were simply thrown from the freezer bag into boiling water and ended up with some small bits of pork fat mixed with them. The coleslaw was simply shredded cabbage from the bag thickly mixed with plain mayo. Don't worry Rib City. If the rest of the food mirrors what I had, your competition across the street may not last long.
