I call this company simply because of there review and the guy that answered the phone was so rude very unprofessional. I would never call this company, nor would I refer them.

my son and I were out of town at an event that we have shared togeather for the past 20+ years. This is the only time during the year that an extra tech is not available. Sorry we wern't there to help, but this is the only thing we do togeather over the complete year as our customers are important to us. Christmas,Easter,New Years Day,etc. were her usually at no extra charge to our loyal customers.
