Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible pathetic customer service -- general manager is unwilling to listen to suggestions to improve her rude nasty staff! All because I said to cashier I don't think other employee understood us because she kept ignoring everything we asked for and then gave nasty look when asked again. She slammed cilantro down on metal table and told us off. Manager said she believes employee wouldn't treat us rude and it's ok if we don't come back anymore. Food quality is so bad at this location. The cook food on a piece of. melting aluminum foil on a hot grill instead of pan because they're too lazy to wash another own. Manager woukdnt give us reg manager name said just go to Chipolte.com. That's a way to avoid getting complaints ! We used to eat there 2-3 times a week even after health E. coli scare --- no more!! Good luck with attitudes and bad employees- this place must be desperate for help
