        4-29-13...While looking for a collision shop to repair my rear bumper, I came upon Carsmetics on Pine Ridge Road. Rob Kreismam, General Manager, greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I told him about the dents and dings on my rear bumper and after looking at it, Rob advised that it could be repaired for $275.00, including tax, etc.! What a surprise that was, considering the $900.00 estimate for a new bumper I received from another collision shop. (I should mention that the other collision shop told me that my bumper could not be repaired and that I needed a brand new bumper.) Rob took my car the next day, and when I picked up my car two days later, I was amazed at the quality of the repair of the bumper. You would think it was brand new. So...the price was great, the quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was superior. I would recommend Carsmetics to everyone needing expert care for their car.         I normally don't post a review...

        I normally don't post a review unless I want to warn people about really bad service. But I am still grinning about the great job Scott and his crew did on my 2002 Lexus. Paint was oxidizing on the trunk, and I had two long, deep scaratches and a quarter sized puncture in the side. What I got back was a brand-new car! They even repainted the bumper and matched the pin-striping. I couldn't be more pleased. Priced right, on-time, and Perfect!
