Beverly Brennan was hired from PA to represent me in Florida in March of 2015 for a parenting plan revision. Within her retainer agreement, it stated her hourly rate as well as the fact that I would receive monthly billing statements in order to address any difficulty in paying early on, if any. I told her in an initial phone conversation that I do not have much money and went ahead and paid the retainer. One year later, upon the successful settlement of the case, I was thrown an invoice for over three times the amount of the original retainer without any prior monthly billing statements or notification of retainer being exhausted. When this was address via email to Mrs. Brennan, she ignored my email and one month later I had received a bill from a collections company for the amount invoiced. With all this said, I have also found multiple discrepancies within the invoice regarding billed time for phone conversations in excess of what my phone records show.

This lady is an impostor! Attorney my foot! Hired her from Denver to represent me in Fl. SHE sold me down the river! Heck, she wrote the "illegal" order proposed by opposing counsel. She basically stole 10,000 from me. I ended up representing myself ....and winning....everything! including custody of my then minor child. BTW Beverly he is now a junior in college and doing GREAT No thanks to you! IMPOSTOR!
