Big Chill Frozen Yogurt

I'm sure the frozen yogurt is good, but unfortunately I wasn't able to try it. Before I could take a bite I requested my money back per the way my party and I were treated.



The "owner" of this establishment was the most unprofessional and impolite person I have encountered.



With all of the frozen yogurt places popping up around town, I will NOT recommend this place nor will be returning.

I have frequented the Big Chill every few months the first time I was in I had a splendid experience and was excited to return, unfortunately that has not been the case ever since my first visit. Every time I have returned I have told myself I will not be back, but I continue to return in the hopes that something will change or that the overall attitude will change and that I will recieve good customer service, this has not been the case and I believe I will not return unless I feel I can recieve somewhat friendly, proffessional, polite customer service. It is unfortunate because I always brought a good amount of others with me giving them business, but I refuse to return and be treated rudely. I hope one day they can hire someone who is polite.
