I've rented equipment from MRS for the past 20 years and they have always supported their equipment. I haven't had any problems. I would highly recommend MRS

Be careful renting from this store. The equipment we rented did not run properly. When I returned it I was belittled and humiliated- and they refused to give me a refund. The lawn edger we rented would idle just fine, but would not run when under load- it would die. It was useless- utterly defective. It was not an issue of user error, as my husband is literally an aircraft mechanic and an ace at all things mechanical. The machine was defective, and the rental company would not stand behind it. We will NOT be renting from them again. VERY disappointed.
