Baldy's Grill

Great prices, especially when I was going to college. Love their pizza and calzones. I've heard people complain of bad service, but I've had good service during the 6 years I've been going (2009-2015).

Dont ever go here. The staff shakes out roaches from the boxes that they put their take out food in, and their is no real cleaning that goes on in the kitchen or staff areas. I worked there for a time and do not believe that there is an food safety knowledge. Mold and other unhealthy growths are abundant in the kitchen and food prep areas. I would not even give this a one star rating...it should be shut down for more than one reason.

I wouldn't eat here unless you like your food coming from a run down kitchen that gets flooded every time it rains, has wood paneling for walls that are falling apart with roaches living behind them, oh and don't forget the wooden interior walk in cooler where all the food is that is full of black mold. Also dining in would be a big no considering the fact that the dishwasher usually collects some raw chicken meat from prep that stays in the dishwasher as its washing all the dishes. No sanitizer buckets with clean rags either, usually a big pile of dirty rags that are used to wipe the prep tables food is made on. I would have never eaten here had I known this stuff before hand.

Amazing calzones and pizzas. Owner is a little of a jerk. Open late hours! Good variety of food.
