McDonald's

Incomplete orders frequently. Terribly rude management when confronted about poor service. The quality of the food and service has deteriorated over the years to the point where I have just had enough with that place. Slow, inconsistent food and service. What fast food restaurant takes 45 minutes for a drive thru order? Not one that cares about its customers. What restaurant argues with its customers? The Murphy McDondalds creates a bad reputation for all other McDondals and fast food chains in general. No one cares, it's just a job. I will never eat there again!

Takes forever in drive thru the manager crystal is always yelling at her employee's and bad nothing managers to the employees. What kinda guessing she's the gm which is big mistake on McDonalds part what kinda gm bad mouths other mangers to her employees. That's bad management on her behalf and her boss needs look into this store get her out of it. Just think bout this since crystal been here I've seen more employees come and go then staying I see unhappily crew I see crew not caring be there especially when she's there... Food orders always getting messed up when u go back get it fixed no apology from her she just takes food and starts yelling at kitchen crew saying that's my food cost paper cost. Come on guys she's says doesn't take commen since ... Why would anyone allow her talk to them this way. She's a disgrace to McDonalds and what they use to stand for. Y'all really need this women out of this store.
