        Best Southern-Style Restaurant I've Ever Been To...

        O'Hara's is definitely the best Southern-style restaurant I've ever been to. The food and desserts are superb. Webster's in Mullins is a close second.

        We were in Savannah, GA a few weeks ago and ate at Paula Dean's Lady & Sons Restaurant. It was good, but was clearly not as good as O'Hara's IMO.

        O'Hara's lunch is typically an all-you-can-eat buffet including excellent fried chicken (and another meat, different depending on the day of the week) , homemade biscuits better than Hardees, at least 6-8 HOMEMADE desserts, 3-4 veggies, a salad bar, and more! The $9.95 (I think that's what it was) lunch price includes tea and/or coffee as well.

        I highly recommend this establishment. I've eaten here many times over the past 20 years. Lunch hours are 11:30 AM- approx. 2 PM.

        Superior South Carolina Fare

        I dined there about a week ago on a Friday evening. We had no reservation but were seated quickly and even in a smoking section (which we had to ourselves). The dinner was buffet style and featured some of the finist prime rib I have ever tasted. For a first time visitor I was made to feel at home and found the restored elegance of this once old home to be exceptional. Highest regards!

        The best decision I ever made! The food was great, and so was the service.

        A friend told me about this restaurant in the heart of Mullins,SC that served the best Prime Rib Buffet, every Friday & Saturday from 6PM - 9PM. Well I tried it this Saturday and she was correct, for less then ($19 Per Person) my Wife & I had the best Prime Rib we ever ate. There also was extra large peal and eat shrimp, Great Tasting Devel Crab, chicken tenders, fried clams, mashed potatoes, a salad table, and if you still had room, some of the best (Home Made) deserts you ever tasted. The Wait Staff was very friendly and efficient and kept our drinks filled at all times, Then there was JO A. Sanders The Owner, who was carving the Prime Rib, and when there was no line she was running to all the tables greeting all the people and making sure everyone was satisfied with their meal. It took me a hour to get there from Myrtle Beach, and was well worth the ride.The restaurant is inside the Century House Inn which is located just off Rt.41 in the Heart of Mullins. call (843) 464-7287
