John's Auto Glass Unlimited

The worst body experience I've ever encounter. The paint job has drips all over the place bumper and Hood. There is over spray all over the car. I also had new corner post that go up alongside the windshield he installed them he or one of his employees ripped the one on the right side and left it as if I would not notice. Those Corners post cost of $400. He did not replace it or fix it. I would have to say there was about an eighth of an inch of dust on the inside all over the car. Not to mention in the engine compartment. Not sure how I'm going to confront John on fixing the paint drips and runs.It looks like I paid somebody on the corner from another country to do this job. I paid him in full and gave him a tip in good faith. I should have stuck to my guns and only paid him half and inspected his work. Then I would have sent him back home to fix his mistakes. He has made my Mercedes Benz look very ghetto. I drive very nice cars Corvettes and lifted trucks. I'm very upset ! I have contacted John but yet failed to fulfill his commitment. He promised me he would fix the runs and drips in the paint. It has been six months and he still has not done anything about my problems. He did come back with some kind of excuse two weeks after we had made an appointment but yet he still has done nothing. The excuse was one of his employees grandmother died or some BS. I am not sure how one of his employees is any of my business.

My daughter's neighbor backed into my car leaving a sizeable dent. She referred me to John because he had just done an incredible job on her Honda Pilot that had been dented in from front to back for an incredible price and did it very fast. Her neighbs reported the dent and were willing to use their insurance. Once I got the payout from State Farm, I called John and he got me right in. I was leery about the paint color being used as my car is a 2005 Toyota Corolla but he assured me that he could do it to match perfectly... He got my car in the day I called him - Friday early evening, and came and picked me up when he was done on Sunday. It is impossible to describe how perfectly the old paint was matched and how friendly and giving John was. His business says auto GLASS but he does way more than that - body work, some mechanical work AND glass. I can't thank him enough for his shop's work, him personally and my daughter for referring me! Yay John!
