This design can incorporate re-sloping to maximize drainage, including the addition of new drains and associated plumbing. We also provide in-house HVAC removal and replacement to facilitate re-roofing. Casto Roofing, Inc., is equipped to service flat roofs up to 500,000 square feet. Quality Control assurances are provided by our in-house manager who observes each operation with strict adherence to specification. Casto Roofing, Inc., guarantees all workmanship against leaking for five years. Material guarantees are available for an additional five years. We provide a written proposal with a negotiated price for all commercial re-roofing projects. Our prices are traditionally 10% to 15% lower than comparable work by other contractors, as we have no commissioned salespeople. Lindsey Casto prepares all estimates and specifications.
