Very professional, caring staff I would recommend this clinic to anyone They take the time to listen and try to resolve your problem or refer to others if needed

Where in the HIPAA regulations does it say it's fine to discuss your medical condition at the front desk and in the hallway? Waited 2 hours just to get into a room then waited some more.

Would give 0 stars of possible! 3 year old with gashed open forhead was REFUSED care! Nurse didnt even look at wound, came out and said he had no fever

fever etc, and wouldnt let him see dr. Ridiculous!

Avoid Dr. Turner. He and his staff are exceedingly unprofessional. Their neglect of my care was so extreme that I currently contemplating reporting him to the appropriate supervisory boards and agencies.

Improperly scheduled appointments, Clinic claiming to have called and cancelled when they most certainly did not, and all that to deal with a Doctor with an over-the-top God complex who, in my personal case, ran me through the ringer for three months before having his unbelievably arrogant, and rude nurse "Christie" inform me, after a night in the emergency room with follow up needed...that he was, at some undefined point, going to be reviewing my files and now was not sure if he would take on my primary care anymore.

The single most unacceptable behavior I have ever encountered from a group of medical "professionals".

I will be returning to Mesaba Clinic--Hibbing, where top-notch care is the standard.

I would like to comment on Dr. Weem's I was in the clinic in March & saw Dr Weem's to get Medicine for the pain in my ears & at that time Dr Weem's was unprofessional,sarcastic. He snapped at me & asked why my Dr Carey sent me to see him to get the medicine why didn't she just give it to me? I Informed him because she was out of the office that day.

I ended up going to urgent care 7/14/14 & had to see Dr Weem's & he was again unprofessional & sarcastic. When I asked him a questions he would snap at me. I informed him I was on Amox/clav in March & it didn't help me I ended up coming back in & they put me on the Z-pack & he snapped at me well I don't believe in the z-pack but i'm not going to sit here & argue with you if you want it fine but it's not going to do anything for you and you can see your regular doctor if you want to. I told him i'm just telling you from when I was sick like this in March. I asked for more ear drops because at night my ears from the drainage from my sinuses hurt so bad I cry. He said fine but they're not going to do anything for you. I said they did last time. Before leaving I asked him ok so you're not giving me Amox/clav you're giving me something else & he snapped yes. I said ok thank you he said nothing. I left the office & my husband asked how it went I couldn't say anything we got into the vehicle & I just broke down crying so hard. I said he was so mean. Than we picked up my medicine & it was Amox/clav & I started crying again I said he told me he wasn't giving me this because it didn't work the last time. I said he lied to me. He treated me like I was a bother he had better things to do. Nobody wants to be sick & miss work expecially when you don't get paid when you're not at work. Dr. Weem's needs to get more patience when dealing with his patients

I'm already feeling depressed because i'm so sick & in so much pain from the sickness. Nobody should ever be treated like that from a professional. Shame on you Dr Weem's.
