Fran's Affordable Ride

Ride with Fran if you want to be with someone who drives dangerously and gets into road rage incidents. He raced up on the left of a bunch of vehicles on the freeway that were lined up to pass a slow-moving truck. When he tried to cram his car in between two of the vehicles he responded to a honk by flipping the bird. A menace on the road and not professional at all.
