Carpet Depot Floors

I am amending this post because after working with the 2nd owner at the Bushnell location, the company is resolving our vinyl floor situation. They starting working with the manufacturer on the warranty and when the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their warranty, Carpet Depot stepped in and is replacing our floors completing and giving us credit for the previous floor! We are getting a newer floor and better product for minimal cost. I can't thank the 2nd owner enough for working with us and handling the situation professionally. It is not installed yet, but soon we should have a vinyl floor that stays down and doesn't lift at the seams. Thank you!

Carpet Depot came to install several floors for us and a few years later they have started to lift. Set up 3 appointments to have them come look at it and they finally showed up late to 3rd appointment. They came to repair the floor and now it is worse than it was before - not everything was fixed as promised, washer was not moved back properly causing a flood in laundry room, floor is now uneven and looks awful. I called to complain and the owner hung up on me. Now they refuse to take my call. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they will not respond to them either. Seeking legal action so I can have another company come and repair their improperly stalled flooring correctly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I have used this company once before and just now used them again.I feel it is my duty to tell the public that no matter how small or large the job is this company will take care of you.They do what they say they will do and when they will do it. Great communication so you get exactly what you expect and all at a very reasonable price.I would highly recommend Carpet Depot to anyone. The owner and his staff are all great people.Jack VollerMt.
