Bo and his staff at Pleasant Street Auto are great to deal with and do a great job with your car. They treat you like family. I would not have anyone else look after my car

First, they said we could drop the car off and pick it up the next day leaving them a check (we run on a later schedule than most and wouldn't be awake before they closed). Checked numerous times to make sure this would work out they said it would. Well we woke up the next day to a message saying our total was too high for them to allow us to do that, meaning we had to call them on their cell to arrange a pick-up time.

Second they estimated around $600-650 came out being about $850.

Third they kept two of our very good condition tires, we hadn't noticed when first leaving until we went to a friends house in town then immediately went back and they came out with two bald un-usable tires saying they were ours. The man said he'd ask the people who worked on the car and get back to us. Next day they called said we can't find you're tires and the mechanic swears the two we showed you are yours, which they most definitely weren't, not even the same brand. My boyfriend went there and the mechanic who actually did the work started swearing and trying to be intimidating saying "IDK where the f*** the tires are" "these are the F******* tires I took off the car" etc. Very unprofessional, and rude.

Fourth ever since leaving our car makes a ticking noise like metal grinding together, and the steering wheel jerks around as though the tires are not straight, which is very stressful since they over charged us and took our property.

Will never be going there again.
