Morris Crossing Apartments

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APT COMPLEX!!!

- Electricity bill is extremely high due to NO GAS PIPELINE installed (~$300 to 500 / month even with temperature set to only 63 degrees and it was turned off during day time)

- Limited parking spots (most nearby parking spots are gone by 6PM)

- Water heater tank is very small (standard is 60-80 gallons; Morris Crossing is 45 gallons). With 3 people living in a 3-bedroom apt, we can never take shower at the same time. have to be at least 30 mins apart from each other

- Very old apartment complex that require a lot of maintenance from time to time

- MOST IMPORTANTLY, you get cheaper rent in better apartment complex in the nearby area!!!!!!

Move here if you want really high electric bills (at least 500$ a month-and that is set at 67 degrees), mice and drafts in your apartment. They places look nice, but are not made well. I can here the people across the street talking from my bedroom (windows not open). Do not trust what the staff tell you, they promise the world. They are excellent sales people. Ask the residents! Most people do not stay more than a year.
