Working with Vanessa was more of a hassle than it was remotely close to worth. She was always late to our meetings, and would show me places that were not available. It seemed as though her needs were constantly placed above mine. I gave her a reasonable budget, yet she continually showed places that seemed to favor her commission more than my needs. In many cases, her lack of effort caused me to have to do her work for her. You're much better off doing things on your own and saving yourself her exorbitant commission fee.
