        I called for service and this ...

        I called for service and this place forgot to pass the appointment on to the repair guy. I awaited for over 3 hours for service. They didn't want to provide a discount for their mistake and I am giving them two stars because the price is right if you can get them to your location. This company acts as if they don't need anyones business!
