Great service!! Tremaines does quality work with a smile and is very conscientous. They stand by their work and care about their customers! It is wonderful to see a small business survive these days! Hopefully Tremaines will be around for as long as my family is driving Volvos and we aren't about to change brands! AW-Springboro

What do I like best about Tremaine's? 1) Excellent service! I never feel as if I've been "fleeced" after receiving great service. My last visit to the dealer for a simple repair i.e., headlight came complete with a lecture from a staffer trying to impress me with all she knew about Volvo and cars in general. (It wasn't the time -- I didn't feel well and just needed the bulb replaced so I could be on my way!) And the final bill was something crazy $140ish!! 2) Excellent staff -- Diane is the best even if she won't take no to one of her chocolate chip cookies! The leather sofas in the waiting room are to die for! Oh and yeah, the owner/mechanic Gary is pretty good too! :-) 3) The price -- Again their fees are quite reasonable and they prepare you for upcoming BIG service needed so that you can get prepared. This is great for my pocket!! 4) I hear that Tremaine's will soon be offering a customer appreciation cruise-in for Volvo owners. Call them for the date! KDH

Excellent mechanic. I have been going there since 1996 with various Volvos. There are actually 2 mechanics on staff that I know of. I wouldn't take my car to a dealer - only to Tremaine's.

It is a small shop with only one mechanic, so it's hard to get in, but he's a really good mechanic. Here are a few descriptives that also apply: on time and on budget, good quality for the price, a local favorite of ours. The biggest problem is that it does take a while for them to work you in to their schedule, though one time we had an emergency with the car and they were able to work us in early.
