Great food, but need to learn what customer service means. My coworker picked up lunch for us in the drive thru. Several items were wrong so I walked over to get the order corrected. The "assistant manager" never apologized and made the whole exchange process confusing by going over everything over and over with me. I finally said just give me 3 dressings, and exchange the salad for a sandwich. She then told me not to be rude. Bottom line, she wanted $.44 more for the dressing and I guess that was her reason for going over everything. What could have been an easy civil exchange became an embarrassing scene in front of a long line. I wasn't mad when I started but I was livid by the time I left.
